Customer complaints
FINAMVEST has implemented and maintains an operational procedure in order to quickly and efficiently process complaints made by its clients. Any complaint may be referred to Finamvest, 52, rue Henri Bertrand, 78100 Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France or by e-mail: info@finamvest.com.
A letter acknowledging receipt will be sent to you within a maximum of ten working days from the date your letter was sent and a reply will be sent to you within a maximum of two months from this same date.
If the response given to your complaint is deemed unsatisfactory, you may contact the AMF mediator at the following address: Autorité des marches financiers, Médiateur de l’AMF, 17 place de la Bourse, 75082 Paris Cedex 02.
